The McEachern Indians went into Tennessee and defeated Middle Tennessee"s # 1 team Whites Creek 70-69 in overtime.

 

Freshmen Trae Golden went for 29 pts, E.C. Williams had 16, and Dre Washington had 11pts 12 rebounds and a game saving block with 1 second left.

 

For Whites Creek Jamie Graham goes for 23 points.

 

The Indians get no rest as they take on the # 2 team Antioch 16-0 on Friday at 7:00.

True it was a good game. whites creek had thee game won up until the fourth quarter. This just shows that basketball is a sport where every minute matters and mut be played hard. i think whites creek was up like 12 at the beginning of the fourth before they started turning it over and taking bad shots. but hats off to mceachern on a great win

McEachern gave Riverdale (12-2) one of their losses earlier this season. riverdale was up 51-39 after 3 quarters but McEachern poured it on in the 4th outscoring riverdale 27-9 to win the game 66-60. riverdale had dominated them for 3 quarters but couldnt finish. they are a very good talented team with good size, i didnt think their coaching was very strong though. that was riverdales last loss the warriors are 10-0 since that game

 

McEachern is 3-0 against tennessee teams this year: riverdale (66-60), blackman (74-48), and whites creek (70-69). hopefully antioch will knock them off tommorrow for tennessee bball

who knows?? they were up by 10 to begin the 4th. i guess they were going to hold the ball for 8 mins. they had several careless turnovers(via pressure from mceachern).

aw yeah and also coach nollner(whites creek coach) did call a timeout in the fourth quarter up 2 with like a minute left on a 1-0 fast break with josh eddy. it was just a combination of turnovers and bad decisions for whites creek that lost this game

McEachern defeated Antioch 64-63. Came back from 6 down, hit a 3 w/ 21 seconds on the clock. Antioch had last second shot rim out. Great game between two good teams

Score was 84-83. McEachern went 4-0 vs. AAA teams in TN. I think three (Whites Creek, Antioch, Riverdale) of them are really good ones. They have a really good team.
