6 Franklin (18-3) Derek Batt had 25 points in a 60-57 win over Independence.

7 Riverdale (19-4) Figures to be a light week with Siegel and Warren County.

8 Independence (17-3) Eyeing a No. 2 district seed after road loss at Franklin.

9 Gallatin (17-5) Has won six straight games to grab the reins in District 9-AAA.

10 David Lipscomb (17-3) Beat Greenbrier after 23-point home loss to M.L. King.

A win against Independence on Tuesday, and the Centennial Cougars will be on that list.

God bless SHUT UP. From how you and your Centennial posters preach bout CHS it sounds like we should be seeing them in the Nations Poll with elite teams from the country. CHS will not blowout Indy or even better they shouldnt be favored to win. They are by far the underdog. Drew Kelley and Lamont are not superstars. Stop making them out to be better highschool players than Lebron James or better yet Brandon Wright. Just stop.
