Wow. Thats all I can say after this great game. It was definitely a nail biter. The bulldogs played exceptionally well especially not having senior starter Travis Nelson. DJ really stepped it up like he has been doing lately (what a dunk). All the dogs that went on the hardwood tonight really came through. The fans from both sides were great as well. I can only hope the dogs are as fired up and play as well as they did tonight in every game to come. Let's be ready for Harriman and Rockwood next week!!! But you can't forget those bobcats, they fought really hard. Good game boys.

Shannon (wartburg) had 36, and I'm sure Shultz and Carter (OZ) had at least 20 a piece. Rodgers shot the ball really well tonight hitting 4 three's, that i counted may be wrong.

Great game, great atmosphere. If things go like they should, round three should be even better in the district tourny.

D.J. Shannon had 36 points for Wartburg. Seemed like no matter where he shot from he would hit it. Tyler Carter had 23 for O.S. and Dan Schultz wasn't far behind with 21 points. I've got a feeling that if you thought round two was a barn-burner, round three will be a shootout between two very solid teams.
