Haha, good catch. You write someone's name for so many years, it becomes a hard habit to break. I had to change Ben Bart's name back from Will. Maybe I'm just getting old. (Ha! my birthday WAS a week from yesterday!)

best_of_the_west
Yea, I never thought I would see Manley, Simpson, Silberman, and Baucke all on the 103 podium. It seems like there are about 6 families that account for the majority of the titles in D2 every year, haha.

Oh, you were talking about Raymond and Whitt. If they had a family round robin I would put the big money on the sister.

Batts
QUOTE(Gtjackets @ Feb 12 2007 - 11:12 PM) 826369655 Simpson ahead of Brannon at 103 for MBA (beat him last meeting - no fluke) Waddy in there somewhere at 160 for MBA (will come alive for state) Lunborg in there somwhere at 171 for BA (was impressive at dual state) Mix could possibly do better at 189 for Ryan (technical powerhouse) Not bad - you only missed your Waddy prediction. cbg
QUOTE(CoachBray @ Feb 13 2007 - 03:55 PM) 826370469 Well, Raymond and Whitt's mother was a Simpson before she was a Dunning, so I think you still have it covered. Yes she was a Simpson before she saw the light and decided to hookup with a Dunning. Remember that the Simpson family of Pat, Frank, Jim & Paul never won a state title and Brian Dunning won it as a freshmen for Hillwood. The real question is would any of Frank's boy's have won a state championshp if they had not received the Derick families great athletic genes from their mother? We all know that their late Uncle Matt is responsible for most of their success at both the state and national level.
