Does anyone know if he is going to coach at Goodpasture this year? So far he is not.

We were told last night he is not, but however we are trying to get him to reconsider. The last year has been rough for Steve physically and he is in the middle of trying to get a house built. Hopefully he will still be involved in one aspect or another. There may be other reasons i am not privy to, but if not my daughter and I thank him for his time and effort throughout the years.

This is a big loss for the softball world. Steve has forgotten more about softball than most coaches will ever know. He put my daughter behind the plate as a freshman and instilled the confidence in her to play at a high level.

With all hope he will reconsider and come back to make a run at five in a row, if not we will still think he is one of the best coaches to ever coach the game.
