Agree. He does not know who the better players are on the High School teams. Most of them are D1 club players and we don't have that many teams with those kinda of players. I suspect he is the Assist Coach at a school that does not have those kinds of players. This eliminates all of the school on the west side of the city. Comes to alot of Bearden games. I am guessing that this school is in Blount County somewhere because he knew who Kyle Franklin was, and thought he was good enough to make it at SC.

kofblurbs...i think you are onto something about him being an assistant coach at a struggling HS, but he seems to focus more on knoxville schools.

 

also, i thought dins went out of his way to mock kyle franklin's abilities. i thought the purpose of using kyle as his example was to say that kyle franklin was not good enough to play at SC.

 

i also think he seems to know who a lot of good players are...
