anyone at the centenial brentwood game tuesday night could see that the field had obviously been underseeded and underwatered, with the recent fluctuating temperatures and the limited amount of fescue that had been planted, the bermuda was not able to germinate, which inturn made almost all bounces impossible to predict.

Someone may want to contact the brentwood grounds crew, before the next game.

give a playa a break....grass bad for both teams...Congrats to CHS. Better not worry about the grass and focus on the next game. HHS, they may be down....but they are a long way from out.

Soccer is not meant to be played on a field that has random lumps of grass, and a few patches of dirt niether team can show their full potential when they are worried about a pass back to the keeper turning into a chip into their own goal.

I would suggest maybe going with a fescue winter rye 30 to 1 hybrid, it would fill in the bare spots while at the same time giving the entire field a consistent base seed.

if this was the case...i agree. Both teams had the same conditions, I guess one team wanted the win more than the

other.

The field may stink, the refs may stink, but champions overcome...

Sounds to me like a big fat excuse.

Boy, if this isn't a case of loser's limp, I don't know what it is. Give me a break. Please don't degrade Centennial's play by blaming it on the grass! Centennial played better than Brentwood on this particular field. Both teams played on it. Deal with it.
