It is true that Mt Juliet is a great football team who is well disciplined, well coached, fast, and very physical. Golfen, you can forget about trying to hype up the other team... Coach Perry and his coaches will have them that way for sure. As for the Knights, they will be hyped up as well. Quit trying to get to bait people into a ###### contest. Let this game play out the way it will be played out. I anticipate this being a war for 48 minutes and very physical. Good Luck to both teams and keep everyone safe from injury. Golfen you can take this to the bank, Kenwood is not overlooking anyone and are approaching every game, one at a time. Our game with you is next week and that is just the way we are looking at it. GET A LIFE GOLFENDUDE!

Golfen I have never laid smack on the Cats. Some of my friends were coaches over there and some still are. If you read back all i said was a bogus holding call. We will meet and shake hands or whatever. So with that being said, you can talk to coach Busbee or coach cooper who is no longer coaching and they will inform you how passionate i am about my knights, but more in general, about football.

kenwood gets a wake up call this week, yes they did beat beech, but is mt juliet really going to turn the ball over 5 times!!!! other than that who have they played, i really havent seen a full kenwood game, except the northeast game and northeast shut them down, and thier not even going to win a game this year, but i dont think kenwood played their best game. kenwood is good, dont get me wrong but playing the teams their playing is going to hurt them, their going to go out and get hit and challenged like they havent all season and they aint going to know what to do, they dont know what its like being down half way through the fourth quarter and they will lose. i say its 14 7 at halfime and mt juliet pulls away in the 4th quarter 28 14, but anything can happen, but kenwood will learn from this loss, and it will really help them through the season, ill have to see how they play friday to predice the chs game next week.

I hear what you saying Coach.. I'm just as passionate here and believe i need to cool my heals here. So i will look for you after our game win or lose to shake your hand. You know really when you get down too it i should be rooting for the home town team in this game. So enough crap talking here. Good Luck to you guys Friday. I know this there not going run over the KNIGHTS. As always i will post my congratulations to whoever wins. I'm done with smack unless it smacks me.

      Richland plays at McKenzie on Wed.  Should be a good series.  Does Richland have good pitching?

      Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.
