Overtime?

What are the rules for overtime in TN High School?

 

Is it golden goal within 2-10min. overtimes

 

or

 

2 full 10 min. overtimes then PKs w/ no score

 

or

 

2-5 min. overtimes then PKs w/ no score

Our Overtime games in the past have been 2 10-minute overtimes, followed by PK, if I remember correctly.

You play 2 full 10 minute over time periods. If there is not a winner, you play 2 five minute golden goal over time periods. Then PK's. Something different about the PK's is that the shooters don't have to be on the field at the end of the overtime period to take a PK.

Playoff overtimes are the most stressful. I guess I mentally blocked out some of the "details".

2-10 minute silver goal rule(keep playing until the end of OT)

 

2-5 minute golded goal rule(1st to score wins)and last is PK'S
