goldmom
Seq. should come away with an easy victory against Sweetwater. But good luck to both in the game.
Indian Chief
Goldmom, What kind of game did Sweewater play? Seemed like a close game with only a 7 point difference. Any standouts for Sweetwater? Any key turn arounds or plays during the game? Indian Chief

Any standouts for Sweetwater? Any key turn arounds or plays during the game? Indian Chief 23 is a good 3 point shooter and 11 and 20 are good inside but none of the team can handle pressure. Seq pressure defense will be what wins the game for them. Sweetwaters girls are not tall at all. Ledford and Lockhart should have a good game down low. Sweetwater out rebounded on offense and defense grundy didn't stop that. Sweetwater likes to step in early on the free throw line so watch that. thug dadi
I would agree that Sequatchie should win, but don't underestimate the Sweetwater girls. They don't quite, and they play a tough game. They don't have any real superstars on their team, but they play pretty good team ball. I think they'll play a pretty tough game, but like I said, Sequatchie should win.
red&bluebasketballguy
OKOK I am going out on a limb here,, I will pick Sweetwater over Sq. County.. I am going to say that they are going to under estimate Sweetwater. Sweetwater has alot of Senoirs who will not want to lose and will do what they can to win. I hope I am not speaking out to much but this game doesn't mean to much for most of us. It is the finals that will mean more..
thug dadi
It's hard to tell how good Sequatchie is. I know they played Cleveland to a 1 pt loss, but their DI players were not present for that game. They also, just beat Tellico by 7 points. But that score doesn't mean anything unless you know if the refs were calling the "Tellico Flop". For those that don't know what that is, it's where you drive into the lane, find an opponent, throw your body into that opponent while throwing the ball into the air, then flopping on the floor as if someone has just fouled the fool out of you. If the refs were "falling" for this, then 7 points ain't a bad win. In fact, your just lucky to get the "W". I guess we'll see more tonight. You going to the games. Red&Blue? JustDoIt1
Seq. plays in a very, very weak district however they will beat Sweetwater by at least 10.Seq. plays in a very, very weak district however they will beat Sweetwater by at least 10. bo4vols
You can say Seq. plays in a weak district, but until you go against Howard who is really physical you may think different. I also heard Grundy gave Sweetwater all they wanted. I do believe McMinn Central is for real and I also believe Sequatchie is too. So good luck to the Lady Indians and go suprise the non-believers !!!! Look for a possible shock tonight if Howards guards can get the ball down the court to the physical post players!!!!! just4fun
Looks like McMinn Central and Sequatchie in the finals. Sequachie looked rattled in the third quarter but pulled it together in the fourth. I would think McMinn Central would give them just about as much as they could take. Good luck to both teams.
