Lewis County vs. Ezell Harding

Actually, Ezell did not make the playoffs last year either. From the old region it was Goodpasture, CPA, Fairview and DCA.

 

Yep. A day late and a dollar short.

 

Harpeth played FRA and East Robertson out of that region and went 1-1. Harpeth beat FRA who beat Ezell. Ezell graduated a ton. They had a decent team last year. Made the playoffs.

I THINK LC WILL WIN THIS ONE . IT SHOULDNT BE A VERY HIGH SCORING GAME THOUGH DUE TO THE WEATHER CONDITOINS AS OF LATE, THE FEILD WILL BE SLICK WHICH FAVORS THE DEFENSE, NOT LIKE LC REALLY NEEDS IT THE WAY THEY'VE BEEN PLAYING ON THAT SIDE OF THE BALL.

OoPs! That's right. Ezell finished 5th last year. They did have a decent team, especially for a 5th place team.

Win by 50 huh? I hope our guys don't read this stuff.

 

This game worries me more than it should I guess. You have to expect a letdown from the Panthers. Coming off the big win over Hickman County + clinching the regional championship + knowing they are already a #1 seed + knowing that Ezell Harding is 0-8 + the general attitude exhibited by some folks here in Lewis County that this one is going to be a blowout + the fact that Ezell Harding can throw the ball + a slick, wet field which can lead to anything and everything.

 

I don't worry about strong teams.... these kinds of teams in these kinds of games worry me.

Even if LC gets up i hope their b team can score the rest cause LC seems to have a little more class than beating someone by 50. I just want to see how LC stacks up against ezell's passing attack, it could be a sign as to how deep in the playoffs they might go.

Congrads to the panthers...was wondering why EZ didn't sub there kids....would have been good experience for them. How many does EZ carry on their roster?

Greve had 130 yards on 10 carries and 5 TDs.. Didn't realize that Ezell just dinked those little passes all night or wouldn't have worried about this one. I expected them to try and throw the ball downfield but just short routes and shorter all night long.

 

Not much of a game. Ezell's first period score came with LC taking it towards a TD, fumbled and Ezell returns 90 yards for a score. LC was never stopped all night.
