Dyer Co. vs. Crockett County

I think DC has a good team....a team that is very capable of going to and winning the state championship. But I don't think they will by playing a weak schedule. What do you learn from running up the score on a much weaker opponent?

Tell me.....how many minutes did the starters play in the game? I really don't know......just wondering.

just wondering if you think that non-conference games including Liberty, Bolivar, and a Christmas tournament offering some of the best b-ball teams from Ky, NC, and Tennessee constitutes a weak schedule you might wanna let them in on how much a cakewalk it is playing them. DC can't help that the region is down, but Mc Cord can push his team with their non district schedule. So I kinda think you offer a weak argument that has no substance.

OK noodlehead.....go back to post # 27 (you didn't know they were numbered did you?) and read adsmom86's post about the 99.9%.

I'll be willing to bet that the fine folks of Crockett County know who Troy and the Boys are.

Here in Madison County we would say Mr. Woolfork and the Boys.

I don't have any hate for DC.......Why do YOU PEOPLE always have to bring up the hate word?....use another word.

I'm gonna refer you back to post # 30 to see what I had to say about DC's team. Some of you folks are just easy.....no hate here though.

By the way....there is a difference between hating and not liking. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Noodlehead?........... That's classy. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" /> I am well aware of the posts being numbered. The fact is no one quoted you saying 99.9%, it was a percentage given by adsmom. YOU were the one who got defensive because you could not read it correctly. Regardless of what word I use as a description of your attitude for DC, YOU still did not answer my question about who Troy and the boys were. And another thing, there are just as many fine people from DC as there is from the mountain top that you think you live on. If you do not like DC, that's your perogative and that won't be held against you. The name calling that you seem to use frequently just puts you in the same class that you describe the people who were escorted from the game. People who live in glass houses shouldn't cast stones! /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" />

Yep. A couple of kids transferred in, surprisingly all the way from Dyersburg. Imagine that.

The MAJORITY of students leaving D'burg at that age level are not coming to the county schools. Just a few. They are going to JACKSON by bus.......IMAGINE THAT /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> So what if kids want to come to county not city schools?

What ever happened to the school zoning??? Where students had to go to the schools within their zone????????

The children transferring to county are in the zone,as far as I know. Those going to Jackson are going private. For instance,my child is zoned where she can go to 2 diff. elementary schools. I made the choice of the one I thought would be best for her.

C'Mon Choctaws, what's the deal??? /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" /> Only 111 points -- is that the best you guys can do?? /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />

Being very sarcastic here- but like I've said before, if DC stays consistent and still hungry from the taste of being in the state last year and wanting to get back, they shouldn't have a problem running away with 13AA /motorbike.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":motorbike:" border="0" alt="motorbike.gif" />

Please, adsmom86, tell me how many high school kids from Dyersburg are going to private school in Jackson?
