jusdontno
Has Lexington moved their fences back? I heard a rumor the fences were bing moved back. Pretty good hitters park over there in the past.
Imatiger
Has Lexington moved their fences back? I heard a rumor the fences were bing moved back. Pretty good hitters park over there in the past. They would have to bring in a lot of dirt to move them back in left and cut down several trees in right if they were to back them up more than 10 ft or so. About the only hope would be a huge fence all the way around.
baseball16
wow, haven't visited these forums in almost two years and first post i see is about Lexington. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> glad to see they are still getting attention. how does everyone feel this teams compares to the team from two years ago? that team was stacked, it's a shame they fell apart at state. for those who can't remember here was the lineup: Pitchers - Jonathon Keck(Bethel), Jon Patterson(Bethel), Kyle Balhagen(Lambuth), and Billy Keck closing Catch - Mathew Bird(Lambuth) 1st - Jonathon Keck / Jon Patterson / Billy Keck 2nd - Kyle Balhagen SS - Seth Parrish(offered full ride to Bethel, declined to go to Vandy) 3rd - Cori Williams LF - Casey Sanders CF - Jonathon Deberry(Bethel) RF - Billy Keck Also, what is this year's starting line-up. I remember last year, many expected Lexington to have a down year, boy were they wrong. I saw them play a few times last year and they just looked like a scrappy team that just meshed perfectly together.
montague1
I'm looking forward to this baseball season. Lexington returns a lot of talent and should be one of the best teams in AA. I'm not making any predictions though, I think I jinxed the football and basketball teams.
baseball5
Big Power? I heard that big power cant even read a ball off the bat in the outfield. I hope that mcpherson dont take your spot this year!! Good luck to the tigers tho! /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> how about you who ever you are call terry odle and ask who has power this is my son you are talking about and i promise you he want back down from no challange so if ryan is great tell him dale is ready and from the practice i see he cant even get the ball out of the infield dont get me wrong he is a good ball player but dont judge my son unless you are better then him yourself

Dale's got a huge bat and is a great centerfielder. Whoever you are you really don't know what you're talkin about...I'm not gonna take anybody's spot...especially not a very good starting senior like Dale.. I'm gonna help out the team wherever they need me which at the moment is looking like 3rd base and probably some work in LEFT or RIGHT FIELD. I'm extremely offended that you would take a shot at one of my teammates especially one of the caliber that Dale is.
rMcPherson24
Ha and the only challenge I want with Dale is a race! He thinks he's faster! Any parents from Lexington that's reading this know that I'm not going to take anybody's spots I'm filling in in positions where nobody plays. I want to win and help. I've only been here for a month and I already love these guys, they are a great family.

Some guys bragging on themselves ... others talking trash ... fathers sticking up for their sons. Perhaps he should talk to them Monday after their next practice! /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

I think this one is done......and I'm sure coach has already seen it. It would suprise me if he didn't put a stop to it. The thing I'm suprised at the most is that Ryan would get on here and make any comments about himself like that......whatever his intentions are.....just don't sound like something he'd do to me. You should consider yourself lucky to be getting to play after transfering so quickly. There are alot of kids that would love to be able to run to another program.... (of their choice).... and get to play so soon. I wish you the best of luck and will still follow your career. I would love to see that race. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

I didn't know that the team could be practicing yet. I know they can open facilities but on the field practice I don't think can start until Feb. 11th. I guess Lexington is really wanting to make it to the State by getting an early start.
