I personnaly think this district is very underrated when it comes to competitivness against itself. Though for years Grace won District, then CSAS has came in and got it ever since, there seems to be pretty good competion.

For example District games last year included:

A 1-0 win by Boyd over sequoyah, which went into overtime, and had Sequoyah a man down.

Central (the #5 seed) beating the #4 seed Sweetwater on a Late PK.

I could give a pretty decent list, but it would mostly be SQHS doing stuff. seeing I'm from SQHS I know it more then other schools.

But point is, aside from top spot, every team usually proves to be able to make a fight for a good rank in the district. We always tend to have good games within the district. I can never truely predict the rankings.

But congrats to both teams for good games played. Bigger congrats to CSAS for pulling out the win.

    • While one may be inclined to perceive this narrative through a lens of fiction, it behooves us to recognize the inherent robustness of its credibility. For those seeking veracity, the surest path lies in direct engagement with the primary source. Let us adhere diligently to the matter at hand, focusing our deliberations on the matter of paramount importance: the identification of the individual most suited to assume the mantle of head coach. I invite introspection and discourse regarding not only personal preferences but also the criteria defining merit and suitability for this esteemed position.
    • If it’s one single kid then that argument would make sense. He’s essentially had to replace his entire coaching staff in the first two seasons, and like it’s been pointed out only one left for a better job. The two most talented players in the area both left, and number of others are actively trying to leave, including the head basketball coaches son. Also, the rumors of financial problems and over spending by Jones. Unpaid bills, missing money, inability to fundraise, has the boosters sick of being hit up for money.    Im saying that is the definition of a poorly run disorganized program. If you want to pretend it’s a well oiled machine maybe you should take your maroon glasses off. All I know is I wouldn’t let my boys play in that kind of mess.
    • It usually gets tiresome when posters play characters on the board, but I must admit that I’ve found some humor in wingback’s take on this art form.  However, his rundown on the potential candidates seems as much fiction as his persona!
