The games are today April12@ 2 and 4 I think.Iknow the girl's game is at 2.

The East girls won. Don't know the score. The West team had more talent, but East played as a team. Dana Jackson from Franklin Co. was named MVP for the East.

Isn't she the one signed to University of North Alabama?

 

If so, not a bad college pick. They are a very serious d-2 NCAA sports outfit...always a contenter in d-2 football for the national title, the men's hoops went to the final 8 this year, baseball facilities are expanding...and the school itself is pretty nice. Right by midtown Florence, AL.

A lot of Mid majors missed on this kid. I think Campbell out of NC was the only D1 to offer. She had a great Sr. year and will only get better.

Also shows some of the best high school players aren't necessarily the best college prospects, they might make the most out of their ability while higher rated players may not.

We also think some D1 schools missed out on Dana, but she is very excited to be attending UNA its a beautiful school and the coaches are great!
