newbie16
The defensive coordinator is going nowhere. He loves those boys as does the other coaches left. His daughter is also in school there. Spring practice will be had. Maybe just a week later than scheduled. I dont believe the other coaches on staff are looking to leave either. They are good men who love those boys. Smyrna will be fine. Those kids want nothing less than to be champions again.

chs4life
You are talking about 2008 not 09, right? You may want to edit.
boywonder
Even if the coaches stayed, Smyrna was going to have a down year. Too many good players to replace in key spots. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />

Smyrna will have a down year. Well im telling you I would not take them lightly at all. They have two freshman phenoms that will be a year older. They have 2 lineman that will play D-1 (Tyler Eady & Dokota Woods) and Dokota is a BEAST. strongest guy I have seen in a while. Jenkins which started last year as a sophomore will be a junior and he is very good and very quick. Nick Richardson and Anthony Smith both who saw a lot of time on the line. So don't underestimate them Even if the coaches stayed, Smyrna was going to have a down year.
