I follow the Bison, have since day 1 of the program. I hope the vengence h'ville says is coming is not to rough on the team considering they are 3A and h'ville is 5A. Maybe the Bison should not even show up to play?

It's a little early to be playing that underdog "should we even show up" nonsense isn't it? This isn't current Hville players on here talking junk about SC, the only thing that HAS been said is that those Commandos will be ready come August 22. But if you want to turn this into little old Station Camp getting no love from big evil Hendersonville, go right on ahead.

Never said you were talking junk, just asking a question? A little defensive are we? From watching the game last year, I would say h'ville was ready then. It was a great game, especially considering it was the first of the season and it was extremely hot. This is finally a rivalry since SC beat h'ville for the first time. I believe the Bison will be ready also for Aug 22. Maybe both teams can top last years performance. Time will tell.

Shocking to see that h'ville would throw off their best returning player? Suspicion tells me that he will be back. This is usually just motivation to get the star to act right. I hope he is able to play for the player's sake. Wouldn't want any excuses if the Bison win back-to-back.

Don't be too surprised if he is off good though, Coach Hatfield has no problem in taking the best athletes off the field if they aren't doing the right things. Three seasons ago, he suspended about half the team for the Gallatin game for breaking a team rule and that is Hendersonville's biggest game of the season. Hendersonville's football program is built around being a good person first and a football player second. With all that being said, I do believe he will be back for next season. If he is not back that is a huge setback for the Commandos as they would lose the best player in the region in my opinion.
