Coniglio
He says he won't be able to crack 2, I disagree. I will be the one that can't crack 2.
StephenWathen
who said they won't break 2? Mahaney or Wasserman? What did you run in the 800 last year, Coniglio? Approach 2 minutes? And I certainly expect you to give Mahaney a run for his money in the 1 and the 2.
JCSEAGLESXC
I beg to differ, monsieur. There is not way you could have walked more then a few seconds...otherwise there is no way you would have medaled

There is not way you could have walked more then a few seconds...otherwise there is no way you would have medaled I dunno. 5:57 is slower than 10 mile race pace. Feels like walking to me. Wasserman laughed cause he knows he probably will run 1:55. that'd be quite a drop from wassermans 2:01 at state last year. there are not many sub 17 minute cross country runners that go sub 2 as well. mahaney is too modest. i think it would not be too bold to predict him taking the triple. in any case, the distance events will be strong this year and a whole lot of... fun. Coniglio
Reportedly, Wasserman ran 1:58 during the fall on the Steeplechase course during a workout.
StephenWathen
Reportedly, Wasserman ran 1:58 during the fall on the Steeplechase course during a workout. yikes. what does that convert to? 1:48 on a track?

TBlake2010
MLK! yeah!!! I have a feeling that our distance crew will be the only thing keeping our heads above water this track season. They better keep up the intensity or they're all getting the nuts. Congrats on our first XC state championship in who knows how long.
