Coniglio
I, along with the rest of the seniors over here, am undecided. I have my choices and opinions but I'd rather wait until I verbal.
mckenzie_runner09
yes I had a feeling Snyder would be top five at least. I knew he'd be out for blood after missing out on state in track by less than half a second. Congrats to him couldn't of happened to a nicer guy. Newsom really did impress me. He ran some decent races at the start of the season but nothing that really made me think he'd break into the top five. But he worked hard and everything turned out really well for him. As long as he keeps working hard theres no reason he doesn't have as much chance as anybody else to win state next year As for the whole "Coniglio Conflict" thats the point of the boards to talk "smack" and make predictions. You made him eat his words and also brought some respect to West Tennessee while doing so. You proved to everyone you're legit and suprised quite a few people peace everyone..... mahaney
Thanks Loren, i'm expecting big things from you /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> oh yeah kudos to dyersburg. I think they ran outstanding and represented the west really well. They deserve a slap on the back. It's been good knowing mark. . too bad i sent an assassin to take care of him tonight at his McKenzie home for being too much of a threat /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> jk He and conig are the guys to watch in the 3200. along with jumpin jack kaiser with his super fast kick at the end of race. the 32 will be very competitive this year. a lot of talent. Don't leave out Jeff Musick either! ol' snyder will want to make it after missing it by 2 tenths or whatever it was. Those guys are tough. very proud of the determination of the athletes' at state. again great job by everybody
xcmustangs11
Yeah, I know exactly how you feel. I was glad to see Coniglio blow at State with his Willy Wonka lookin self. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> It really stinks to talk alot of smack, and then you dont back it up. Hey dude, I have an idea, you can start talking crap about people the day you win a state championship. Until that day, back of Conigs..... Jumpin Jack's super fast kick isn't nearly as impressive when he runs 80s the first 7 laps. /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> That was probably one of the funniest races I've ever seen. DrNoisewater
Lil late but congrats to everyone who ran this year. thanks mahaney, you ran an incredible race you and Cole keep it real for A-AA Also good job MLK sorry but i hope yall dont go 1-2-3 next yr. haha id like to be up there im extremely proud of my team i no we were under dogs goin into the race even though we placed 3rd i felt we represented our school, our town, and the west well i couldnt ask for a better team Thanks Coach beckley for beleiving in us we wouldnt have made it without u hey dont worry about the 1,2,3 thing, Loren. we won state this year so there is no need to come back in '09. the MLK varsity cross country team will be seeing if we can get volleyball to go coed so we can join. if not we will be joining the hume-fogg ultimate frisbee team. by the way, Loren, i'm Micah Wasserman. im sorry i didnt introduce myself on saturday- i was intimidated by you after i ran a 17:2x (i dont remember exactly. trying to forget.) congratulations on an awesome and unanticipated performance at state! and i know theres this talk of my 800 and yes i did run a 1:45 and yes it was on steeplechase and yes it was barefoot and yes i was wearing ankle weights but i have decided to not rejoin the MLK track team. i have arranged to join the Macon County track team where i will take Brandon and Stevens place as the 3200 and 1600 runners for the team while they compete in shotput, discus, and the 100. Coniglio
Overachiever. I'm still trying to run 2 legs of a 4x800.
DrNoisewater
Overachiever. I'm still trying to run 2 legs of a 4x800. If you break 4:30 you will beat the Ryan Graves/John Gilpin combo in the MLK 4x8 /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
