Bucs looked good on both sides of the ball against Soddy Daisy. But I agree with an earlier post Is BBS that good or is Soddy that bad it was hard to tell. Nick looked good thowing the ball and BBS Lb's looked very fast.

Scrimmage last night was 10 O and 10 D for each team. We scored every possesion, twice in one of them. Blanked the other teams...without Emory at LB.

 

FYI we've switched jamboree opponents with the Rams as Tyner had a scrimmage scheduled for Friday and we didn't play until Saturday. That means we play first quarter Friday night against Baylor and Tyner plays Saturday.

...Good showing by the "RAMS" against two 5A teams...McMinn County and Coffee County...

 

Rams, 21-0 in first session vs. Coffee Co....the 1st play from scrimmage Poarch scored a 70yard TD run, breaking tackles, twisting, turning all the way to the zone...the other two was pass play(15yards and 10yard run by Poarch)

 

...McMinn Co. 6-0 over the "RAMS" in the next session...this was helped by three consecutive fumbles(one was inside the 15yard line) by Tyner...Defense played good!!!

 

...Coffee Co. 6-0 over Tyner...bad field position and average punting gave CC the ball at the Ram 20yard line.

 

 

...Rams, McMinn Co...7-7 tie...nice ball control by the Rams Offense.

 

...Rams, 14-0 vs. Coffee Co. playing with 2nd string and 10th graders.

 

 

...All in all an excellent scrimmage and a chance to see some of the young players step-up!!!

 

...Next Friday the "RAMS" travel to 3A Kingston and play in the Finley Jamboree on Saturday!!!
