These three teams will all do just fine, because they have developed programs that are consistent from year to year. However, East Literature is the team to watch in this district.

FRA was very young last year. The game time they logged last year will serve them well.

I think Hume Fogg will be the team that suprises everyone this year. I'm not sure that there will be a clear cut favorite this year.Ezell and Lipscomb lost a lot. I'm not sure how good FRA or CPA will be. PC lost a lot and EL lost their best player.

East is the team to beat in the District this year. Overall, I see the District as very competitive again this year, with MLK continuing to make a strong effort to escape the cellar this year. CPA should be good. FRA drops a little this year. Hume Fogg and Pearl Cohn are too inconsistent. Never count out David Lipscomb or Ezell, although with Coach Spann leaving Ezell and going to Goodpasture, the program may very well suffer this year. Early Pre-Season rankings:
