You have to pick a Region 4 team that you have not picked in the last two weeks, and you can't pick that team again unless this thing lasts into Week 9. In other words you have to pick a different Region 4 team to win each week in Weeks 1 through 8. In week 9, all the teams go back in the pool. Seeing how 13 out of 23 are already out, I don't see this thing going into Week 9 anyways.
