hvillefootball
It's both teams first region game this year. McGavock handled Goodpasture while Hville has looked like 2 completely different teams this year. Hendersonville needs to just put both these games behind them and focus on the start of the real season. Yazzie will probably have another HUGE performance this game, the rest of the Commandos need to follow his lead and play with some more urgency. My pick: HHS- 28 McGavock-
davidlee3011
Station Camp was a TEAM effort. All the guys showed up ready to play. The beech game only a few. Let's hope the whole team comes the rest of the year.
pking34
McGavock by 14; no knock on Hendersonville, but I think McGavock may be Middle Tennessee's surprise team this year.

wingman10
I am going with Hendersonville...Coach Hatfield is a good friend. Will be tough...McGavock is a very good team with more speed.

hvillefootball
Just a quick question to everyone talking about speed. How often does Hendersonville actually have a speed advantage on a team? Very few. That's why they ran the Wing-T for so long guys, you don't need that speed. I can think of like 3 games when I played that we honestly had better athletes than the other team. But I agree with davidlee, it's going to take a team to win this one. McGFootball4Life
Goodpasture didnt score on Offense until the 4th Quarter and it was 42 to 7 and the 7 was an int that Cunningham ran back. Mcgavocks Backups were in when Goodpasture scored its only Touchdowns on offense and it was with 4 min to go. Go Raiders!!!!
pking34
Usually, the Nashville Storm and McGavock use the same practice facility (at different times of day) during the late summer, so I get occasional chances to see McGavock on the practice field. This is probably a better McGavock team than the "05 team (8-2 in the regular season), and the Raiders will be LIGHT YEARS better than the last 2 McGavock teams. Plus they're now TV stars (LOL); if you've watched the Vince Young "Electrify" commercial for Reebok/Dick's Sporting Goods, that's the McGavock Raiders impersonating VYs high school team. I"ve read some of your post the last couple of weeks and they are all the same CRAP. I'm surprised your not a coach for PJII. Poor tackling by the linebackers and lack of intensity is where H'vill got beat. Not Speed.
