Watertown at Clay County

two teams that need this win too start the push for the playoffs nither team is out if they lose but a win sure would help im really looking forward to a great game

I'm interested in how this one turns out also. I think Watertown is going through the same thing Monterey is going through. The toughest part of the schedule is right up front. Clay has had a much easier schedule and won the games they were supposed to. Clays tough part of the schedule is ahead of them. It will be a dog fight between Clay, Gordonsville, Monterey and Watertown from here on out. We'll see who has the most heart.

I totally agree Clay has 5 region games to go and they will all be tough what does everyone think will happen this week vs watertown i know watertowns record dosnt show it but they are a very good team with a rough schedule the first 5 weeks clay did play fcs tough but lost there qb on the second snap of the game and there best deffensive player right before the half when the score was 0-0 it should be a great game lets hear about it from both teams

This one should be a great game. I believe Clay County is more physical, but Watertown is more disciplined. Watertown's passing game is obviously going to be their key. 44 and 6 are both great receivers. Oneida's defense held Watertown to basically no running game. I know that comparing Clay County's defense to Oneida's isn't realistic, but Clay's defense isn't too slouchy. I think it'll be low scoring and hard fought. Could go to either team.

man everyone is being very quiet about this game there must not be any tiger or dawg fans exited about it. is there something im missing here this is for the playoffs its a sad day when red boiling has more intrest in there threads than clay and watertown

Yeah I know what you mean. This is a huge game and anyone that thinks Watertown is week at 1-4 is crazy. If they played Clay County's schedule they would be 4-1 too. This is Clay's first challenge since Friendship a month ago. I hope they're up to it. They are a good football team, but Watertown has played Upperman, Dekalb Co., Trousdale Co., Friendship Christian, and Oneida. Clay County has had a much more relaxed schedule so far. There's a great chance that the winner of this one finishes third in the region and the loser fourth. Monterey and Gordonsville could easily take those spots as well, but I don't think so.

yea i know they posted all week against the indians and this one is a region game i quess they dont think this is a very big game and your right im really looking forward to see how monterey does friday i know they lost alot from last year but on any given night anything can happen good luck too the wildcats hope they can pull it off

We'll need it. If they can win this game, it would give some much needed confidence. I expect them to play hard.
