I agree with you except the #5 is wide open!!!!

Top 5 as of 1-29-09:

1. Grace Christian(15-4) - finished well against Rockwood and dismantled Wartburg at Wartburg!

2. Oliver Springs (16-6) - Has won 5 straight with some out of region games up next.

3. Rockwood (13-3) - Had the game vs Grace, but couldn't finish. Plays Wartburg Sat.

4. Wartburg (13-6) - Grace took it to them, plays Sunbright Friday and Rockwood Sat..

5. Greenback(9-10) - Still like them here even though Harriman and Onieda could replace them at any time.

just missed:

6. Onieda (6-11)- tough non district games, but doing pretty well in single A.

7. Harriman (10-11)- they may be a year away from the top 5, but they have decent talent.

Oneida only lost to GC at GC by about 15, it was close til the end... they have won 3 in a row, not to mention up by 20+ on Cumberland Gap in the 4th quarter, backups brung it down to a 15 point game... i dont think your giving them much credit.

if im correct, but the first time you all played grace they were without slusher(averaging 20 plus points a game),with him they are plus 20 points easy, hard match up for an average guard.Sorry just facts.

nice 20 point call on the grace-oneida game, 97-77 but much closer than score shows, 7 point game with about 4 minutes left.... Grace shot the ball better than any team i think i have ever seen play the game tonight... it was almost unreal. but oneida hung close til the end..... i still believe oneida is closer to them than this score shows though.

    • I believe that was last year. I was interested in the Jones vs Baker comment, so I went back and looked at GC. I am not a fan of either nor am I a baseball guru. This looks like to me the duel was not close and if the errors would not have been made Eagleville would have won. I assume you are a little biased. I do think your mph for Jeffcoat and Baker must be from last year.  Baker-85 pitches 67 strikes. 5.2 innings, 5H, 1BB, 0ER and 7K's. 3 errors  Jones- 78 pitches 37 strikes. 4 innings, 2H, 5BB, 0ER and 1K. 1 error   Adams and the UH kid are really good as well. What about South Pitt and Oakdale? I heard they have some good ones.
    • I hate this for all the kids in the program and fans alike. I can't recall of anything like this before in my lifetime but I'm sure it isn't a first. After criminal investigations are complete and the TSSAA looks into this the program it will be facing Nuclear Winter for some time to come. It's always the innocent left behind that end up paying the price for something someone else has done. I'm sure the transfer portal will be very active in Clinton over the summer months. How could you find a good coach worth his salt that would take on a situation like this not knowing what will happen.
    • I’ve seen Jeffcoat in person twice and he was 84-87 both times and the one time I saw Baker he was low 80’s, he actually got out dueled by Jones from ER in that outing.
