It looks like Clinton is stocked for the next few years by what i saw last night... Clinton Looked Awesome.. The Only Problem was #53 for some reason didn't play last night... They really missed him in the defensive front... Considering thats where Avery Trace Scored Everyone of their touchdowns.. but other than that... #6 looks like he could play for the high school now...

 

I sure hope so. I hope that these boys from middle school keep playing when they come to the highschool. I was kinda wondering what this Clinton team will look like after all the juniors from this years team graduate next year. Its gonna be hard to replace Stone, Hazelhurst, Frazier, Chapman.....and on and on and on! /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

Clinton folks needs some serious coaching. They have the kids but lets be truthful, middle school is nothing and kids need to advance past middle school. Middle school football is weak in every area of east tenn except for Alcoa and Maryville. The middle school had a preseason game against one of the Blount co teams, it was a spanking, FACE IT FOLKS WE NEED BETTER COACHING IN ORDER TO GO TO THE NEXT LEVEL. I hope we do well but the old fox from Central knows how to out fox our young puppy!

Jason Rhody is the main reason Clinton is winning. Rhody is a mastermind. Coach Spanky is a darn good coach also.

 

jason rhody is definately a great coach, he works hard out there everyday to try and get the best out of everyone. hes one of the most caring coaches ive ever played under. coach marsh is also and amazing coach though some dont like his intensity because it sometimes leads to slips of the mouth that offend the occasional parent but hes just a fired up coach who cares alot about winning. i think he has done wonders in continuing and building upon the offense that was started by coach phillips last year and i think it will be even better next year. stone is also a hard worker and a great guy, i think the coaching staff there is highly underrated.

 

i hope clinton goes out and proves a point tonight and wins big. GO DRAGONS!!!

The track meet in the rain continues! Central leads 31-28 with just under 6 minutes to play in the 4th. Clinton has the ball in Central territory...

So what is the deal with Clinton's kickoff specialist?? His 2 kickoffs in the 4th quarter were complete shanks.

Wow, Central turns the ball over on downs. Instead of Clinton taking a knee, Central strips the running back, and the Bobcats recover at midfield with 1:04 to play.

i agree. i think it will be a track meet. hazelhurst is supposed to be back for chs, so hopefully they'll be able to run a little better than they have the past few games...not to take anything away from the other guys, he's just special.

I look forward to seeing powell. since the maryville game they've looked really strong, and it's going to be a major chore for clinton to try to contain that offense.

No Offense Prettysmitty but idk if you watched the game tonight.. Clinton had no problem running the ball, over 200 yards rushing for the senior running back... i think andy needs to keep him in the backfield and put weston on defense so he can actually get a break every now and then.
