Region 1-4A versus Region 2-4A

I keep hearing the argument from each conference who has the better teams. What does everyone think?

I think it's pretty much even. Yes there is one school occasionally that is head and shoulders above the rest...Mo West, TN High, South, or Greeneville, but for the most part it remains balanced.

 

Looking at post-regular season records between the conferences, the MLC (which was officially dubbed the MLC in '95) trails the Five Rivers with a record of 31 wins and 34 losses.

 

Was Cocke Co. in the Five River's in '96. From their schedule it looks like they were in Maryville's conference. If that's the case, the MLC trails 30-34.

I don't really care about Marivul. That isn't the argument here. I try to make it simple and some people are still too stupid to understand.

Is Region 1 better this year than last year? As far as playoffs go last year region 2 took 3 out of 4 from region 1 in first round action. I can easily seeing Greeneville, Mo East, and Mo West win their first round games this year in playoffs

1 has the better team in south but 2 has greeneville moeast in a huge year for them and mowest in a slight down year but i think all 3 of those teams are better then tn high or sull north mowest seems to have some weapons and with howell and turner at east and a good defense at east and west's can play as good as any can both give south a run for their money

boone is also a solid team

top to bottom region 2 is better but sullivan south is a force to be reconed with
