No it's not ridiculous at all! Been watching WC play at Coffee County for several years now always AWFUL officiating!! Have a friend whose son played on Coffee County team he would come over to WC side at halftime and tell us we were getting horrible calls... so not ridiculous but true. Only other worse place I have been to as far as officiating goes is Dekalb County. Hope Pioneers brought home the win tonight!!!

Just heard WC lost 49-52 to Coffee. Didn't get to go this year. Curious as to how it went. Anybody fill me in??? Facts only. Don't really care about opinions just facts.....

The Warren County freashman traveled to Riverdale last night and came home winners a good defense and overall team play got them the win . Casey Locke had about 24 pts Hunter Danels had 3 threes Mitchel McCorkle and Jacob Reagan had 5 assits a piece. This team whole sees the court well and gets the ball to the open man lots of fun to watch Coach Smith did a good job of having the right people in the game at the right time Congrats on coming home from the Boro with the W. GOOD LUCK VARSITY tonight at COFFEE COUNTY

Just heard WC lost 49-52 to Coffee. Didn't get to go this year. Curious as to how it went. Anybody fill me in??? Facts only. Don't really care about opinions just facts.....

 

 

WC jumped out early but coffee fought back to take the lead at the half. CC started the second half strong but got into foul trouble late but still got the win. CC is looking good several players that can score.

What a game! The Pioneers led early, Coffee Co. came on strong in the second period and had a good lead through the third and midway through the fourth. WC was still down by 16 with 4 minutes left and fought back to tie it only to lose by 3. Officiating was horrible at best, but it went both ways! I think the Pioneers only scored 5 points in the second period and that was the back breaker. I think the way the team fought back in the fourth to be down that many will go a long way and was a victory in itself. You could see the players really grow up some and see which ones play well under pressure. Can't wait to do it again Dec. 16!

Coffee Co.'s Cory Keeling blocked a potential game winning shot and saved it before it went out of bounds with very little time remaining. Warren Co.'s coach argued that they should get the ball back with 0.2 seconds left. He got it. But thats barely enough time for a tip in.
