Yup, lost by one to AC in consolation. How did oneida do against AC earlier in the season?

a loss is a loss, kid.

lets review: scott finishes 4th in their district with a 10-17/5-7 record. oneida finishes 3rd in their district with a 13-14/7-3 record. and the scott people are on the oneida discussion talking bout how bad oneida is? funny.

Why do you Scott High guys care? You all had a dang good season with that tough loss to Catholic and another to AC. Yes Oneida did lose to AC, but they are not in the same classification as you two. Oneida shouldn't be able to compete with Scott and AC by a pure numbers standpoint. Just try to be positive on both sides

i know that Yaden came in with a month and so many days and built a good team in that short period of time. Which is good i respect that.

Grace wins!! The oneida coaches cant handle the truth anf oooops explicit then kicked out ohhhhh no and then #34 thought that cause he was ridin the bench at the end he'd jaw at the fans and he tried to start a fight wit one of the students hahahahahaahaha

nice to see the grace folks showing their class as usual.

good job oneida and coach yaden. shouldve had an opportunity to win it at the end tonight but some things you just cant control.

i'm looking forward to seeing the indians next year after coach yaden has a year under his belt to work with the team.

    • If he wanted to play QB he should have either went to Heritage or William Blount and had a real good chance there. In stead he'll be exactly what he was going to be at Maryville. They already know who their QB is going to be in 2025 and it ain't going to be him.
    • Easier said than done. The man who ran for 250+ yards and 3TDs is gonna be back….and a lot bigger.
    • plus it removes the pressure around winning.
    • You are correct.   The teacher's pay scale is virtually the same in Knox County, now, as it is at Oak Ridge.   The coaching supplements are still higher at Oak Ridge, from what I was told, but not a huge difference.   Plus, Rusty is going from a position coach to an OC position, which is what he was at South Doyle and where his comfort zone is.  And from a special education teaching slot to a PE teaching slot.  There is a lot of positivity in that move without even considering the coaching aspect.   Anybody who sees something negative here is just looking for negativity to begin with.  But some live in that world.   Really good hire for Brent.  He now has two experienced and quality coordinators and can concentrate on being a head football coach.
    • He was pretty darn good for a freshman, but he will have a hard time seeing the field at Oakland for a good while, I’m afraid.
