Tee Boone breaks record at Notre Dame

Congratulations to Tee Boone the 125 lb senior who just broke the school record for wins at Notre Dame. His overall record is 171 wins and 11 losses (as of Jan 12) which includes a 28-0 record for the season. His most most recent wins eclipsed the previous mark held by Jay Adamson who was a two time state champ for the Fighting Irish. This is an incredible accomplishment for Tee and I know that everyone at Notre Dame is very proud of him. As good of a wrestler that Tee is he is even a nicer young man! Way to go Tee!!

Jordan Leen has the record at 214

 

 

wrestlers before the mid 1980s didn't wrestle 40-50 matches in a season so Martin probably had 60-70 wins in 4 years.

 

Phillip Simpson was about 176 (5 years) including high school nationals with 12 losses.

 

ND assistant coach Tim Voiles (5 seasons at Lk Vly) was 202 if memory serves me correctly

 

although only a 9th grader and a long way to go, Zack Watson (73-0 ?? for a career) should top 200 mid way thru senior year

 

Michael Hooker could reach 170-180 in 5 years ... McCallie doesn't wrestle as many matches as does Baylor.

I believe congratulations should be given to Raider 76 instead of BCB. (Or is this only known in and around the Brynewood compound?)
