well i dont take advice from ppl idk. but i apologize for my "rudeness" but this is getting me frustrated

That's exactly why I said it needs to end!!!!! There's enough friction between the two teams as it is!!!! A big portion of those players are friends and have been for years........things just get a little heated when they play each other......as in any rivalry. But....it's amazing how a few fans can make things so ugly!!! That's my point!!!

They're right!! You always think you have to get the last word in! You just keep dragging it on! So, wipe the Cheetos off your fingers so you don't get it on your keyboard and give us your intelligent opinion!! Because we all know you're going to! And if you think the crap you say doesn't motivate the other team then you're CRAZY!! The kids have worked hard all year so let they're play on the field do the talking instead of you on here ALL THE TIME!!

Point taken.

Oh my GOSH! It's not hard to understand, but apparenly YOU AREN'T getting it at all.

For the record and for the 4th or 5th time......I have absolutely NO problem with fans cheering for THEIR team.

Heck, I don't have a problem with fans clapping when other team makes an error and your team gets a runner on base......it's on base percentage and I do the same.

What I DO have a problem with is calling out opposing team's number saying, "that's who we want right there, #11, we want him." And those are HIS exact words. I'm sure he cheered for his team's pitcher as well---again, which is FINE and DANDY!!! You also have to consider his tone. As I have told my two children in years passed, your tone of voice can change how you mean something so watch it. /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> NOTE: #11 probably didn't even hear it, but I did as did many other DC fans and it wasn't liked at all.

THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN WHAT YOU ARE REFERRING TO AND WHAT WE ARE REFERRING TO.

Now, if anyone else just can't seem to understand what I am saying.............I'm sorry I can't make it any more simple than that. PEACE OUT! /motorbike.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":motorbike:" border="0" alt="motorbike.gif" />

sounds like your the drama queen on here. . .

u obviously didn't understand anything i just said at all. get the big picture here, it isn't THAT hard. there is no point trying to conversate with you on this, period. And another thing, where did Brown and Anderson get into the mix?? whoever made that quote is just trying to stir up more stuff. I don't personally know Brown, but I do Anderson, and the man is a good guy. And you probably don't even know the whole story as to what he said in the first place.

i do not get what you people are talking about at all. your making fanhood way more complicated than it really is. and you forget, we as Americans have FREEDOM OF SPEECH. had to throw that in there /cool.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" />

I will NEVER forget about what or shall I say HOW we as Americans have the FREEDOM OF SPEECH. You see, my husband has served for the TN Army National Guard for 17 years, served in 2 tours to Iraq and will be leaving soon for the 3rd. So don't you dare say I forget because my family and I NEVER EVER forget.

okay, so quit trying to say rather some1 can say something or not. MC, Anderson, whoever it is, can say what they want. If you have a problem with that, why don't you take it up with THEM, instead of hiding behind a computer and posting over and over again, not understanding ANYTHING any1 else says bc your too stuborn to realize your wrong

I just want to apologize to anyone here or in the community that I may have offended. I really did not intend for this to spin so out of control. In the beginning I thought it was a good thing to defend our players.......it still is, but think I'll take a different approach next time. I, as others, am very passionate about things, yet there is a time to let things go, especially when sides do not want to agree. It's okay to disagree, but we have to know when to just stop. My husband has also said I always want the last word so I guess I'm guilty as charged. (boy am I going to live to regret that statement) I DO LOVE the game of BASEBALL!!! And I appreciate all the youth that work so hard to succeed at the sport. Best of luck to all of you!!!

Again, I apologize for the continuing conversation, lashing out, etc. and hope you will accept.

Sincerely,

The DIE HARD BLEACHER BUM!

just because your husband was in the army, that doesnt say anything about you. this isnt a patriotic discussion, they they were just making a point!

....and by the way, nobody on here cares about your life.

Ok, I think that's enough!! She apologized! It's time to let it go! Those kind of comments are uncalled for! I mean this has gotten out of hand! Look at another post on here about the district tournament, it says below post keep DC- Dburg drama elsewhere! People are sick of it!

i agree it IS enough. but i'm not gonna sit idle thinking that every1 over there is gonna be snoody towards MC bc of something he said. thats not right, why can't ppl just mind there own business. how about next game, you bring a tape recorded, and TAPE everything the man says, and tape everything YOU say. Guarantee there is little difference

Let me tell you what frustrated me so bad about this thread as it went along. DC parents more than anything.

Dburg may or may not said things at the game that hurt your poor little feelings, I personally did not hear them cause things during game time I block out,but you have parents come on here and try to make a big deal that someone said something to little Johnny that upset you. Grow up and be a parent! if little Johnny ever whats to make it to the next level that should do nothing but motivate him.

I played four years at DC and play in college and if you think that calling out one player is a big deal you might as well give him a pacifier and put a diaper one him, because you won't be there to protect him when fans that don't even have a clue who you are call him anything from a you know what to a you know what, you won't be there to protect him all his life.

I have many freinds from Dburg as well as Newbern and hold nothing but respect for both schools.

I can remember a time that Coach PO would sit little Johnny on the bench if he or his parents couldn't control their mouth or post and remarks on this site reguardless of who and how good you or your little Johnny was.

These types of post could get the players into a fight on the field because they read these post causing them to have to sit out for an important game or worse get two parents into a fight that could cause harm too one or the other or even one going postal.

So think before you post school kid type of comments and be adults instead of children.

The better person or player always wins and prevails in the long run.

Another thing is these people that were to have said these things said them in public and not hidding behind a keyboard, because thats the way it should be not scarred and hidding to know who they are and how they feel about the situation.
