CharlieArrington33
Did Kellen Ferguson of Clarksville really beat Gary Sluder in round 2? Probably...Sluder has been hurt the last part of the season and has really seemed to have fallen off of his game.
packfan529
Dixon lost in 3 OT. Heartbreaking. I would've loved to see him on Friday. Also Austin Cox was forced to not wrestle due to a shoulder injury at
tnko
Brett Jackel, Ryan Trelour, Brett Vinson, and Drake Townsend are tearing it up for H-ville!!! Kyle Saunders too for Smyrna!!!!
StarRaider
The brackets show Browning in 112 losing by TF but the "results" show he won, I am assuming the results are correct. The brackets show Morris (Blk) at 119 losing by inj default but the results and team scores indicate he won, which is correct? The Clarksville and Murfreesboro papers also indicate Morris defaulted. PRTiii
My Two underdog awards of the tourney so far are going to..... 1. Chase Beazley of Indy, for defeating Tee Boone, 2-1, congrats to this young man. If I am not mistaken in Soddy Daisy finals didn't he lose either 8-1 or 9-1, oh well, either way good job, and good luck. 2. Kellen Ferguson of Clarksville, he defeated Gary Sluder 13-9, not even being on "Others to Watch", congrats to this young man. ***Please Tell Me If I Am Leaving Anybody Out*** P.S. My 3rd choice would've been Becas Mahmut from Glencliff at 112, but I am not quite sure if that bracket was updated right. Either way, great accomplishment, but I don't know if saying he's the underdog is totally applicable. Some people would have said Boone was better than Beazley. But it is still an amazing accomplishment for Beazley to beat such a good wrestler as Boone. oh, and keep it going Region VI!!! LynxWrestler
Hayden Jordan defeats Chase Beasley 1-0 That stinks for Chase, but congrats to Jordan. The only other person it stinks worse for is Boone, not being able to place your senior year while being consistently good for 4 years. My heart goes out to him.
