Overton County Fan
I already did. Check page 2 oh, I see. Looks like we are both thinking about the same thing. Hope we are right.
up2late
OK OK. The poet in me just couldn't resist. Upperman is black, LA is blue. There's a big game tonight at T-T-U. The fans will be loud, the refs will be wrong. 7:30 tip-off -- boy, this day is long. You'd better get there early, To find yourself a seat. Tonight's the night, we'll find out, Who can stand the heat. /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" />

luvhoops
In these hard economic times it's nice to know that Walgreens is still proud supporters of our high school athletics. Tonight has been declared LA Wildcat night at the Cookeville location just down the street from the hoop. They felt bad last night when the shelves were emptied. So to help in the HOGEYE nations time of need the shelves have been stocked to the max with STING EZZZZZZZ !!!!!
luvhoops
Now with only hours to go, the hype and tension is beginning to grow. Should be a packed gym that colors divide, with plenty of cheering from each of the sides. Loud spelling of "H-O-G-E-Y-E"s, countered with the screams of "GO BEES!" A neutral site is wanted by all, knowing we'll still argue with every call. LA with the MVP that many fear against the team led by coach of the year. So hard to pick a winner in a fierce rivalry game, especially with a district title to claim. But even if the cats come ready to play, I'm still picking the BEES all the way! Now that's what Upper Cumberland Basketball is all about!! Well said Cheeze /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

crow6424
I would like to say congrats to the cats they played a great game tonight. Upperman played well to but just couldn't make the run they needed to win. The refs were pretty good with Livingston getting a few more calls to go their way but the Cats just out played Upperman in a classic high school ballgame. Once again congrats to Livingston.
