One I have in mind......Meridith Mitchell.....Sequatchie County High School.......She is an ace pitcher and plays center field like a wide reciever.......Very possible one of the best lead off hitters around. Look for her to be a huge contribution to the Lady Indians this year

Another pitcher to watch is Davidson Academy's Holly Hockaday. She is a freshmen and did pitch some last year for their high school team.

Holly is a good pitcher but she's coming off of shoulder surgery... anybody know how her fall went? Hopefully she's back to form for the hs season.

 

Mt Juliet has 10 freshmen I believe and several of them are absolute studs.

Lindsey Fadnek and Andrea Foster at Coalfield are two very talented Freshman Pitcher-Catcher Duo. Lindsey and Andrea were both District 4A tournament Co-MVP's last year as 8th graders and Lindsey made the Single-A All State Team as a pitcher.

Tanner Sanders and Jordan Griner pitcher catcher pair for Lincoln County will make an impact for the Lady Falcons this year. Not only can Tanner pitch but can play center field with a gun for an arm. Very capable of throwing runners out at home.

From the scrimmage last night looks like Holly is coming back strong from her surgery. They played BGA and she had one walk and no hits. Holly is a great competitor and a great kid and it's good to see her back on the field.

Heather Brown is a great Freshman catcher for Lebanon! Her offense and defense is remarkable for someone her age.
