this year will definately be interesting with Greeneville being threw into the mix with us poor old county schools /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> i hope the games are good we will just have to hold out and see how it goes but that is a pretty big statement to say that nobody will score on them in the county

I bet the county schools WILL score on Greeneville!

Question is can GHS score on them?!

Greeneville will get scored on but it want be much.....The past 2 years they averaged holding other teams to less than 18 points per game and beat teams that would win the Watague Conference every year. The only County school to ever beat Greeneville was SG in 1984. IMO SG is the best county school in Greeneville and will give Greeneville there best game out of all the County schools.....Greeneville will score and score often in their new conference. Greeneville averaged over 28 points a game over the past 2 years and played a tougher schedule than they will this coming up year.

You obviously have no idea what you're talking about. As Mr. Duncan stated above, South Greene will be the toughest of the county schools, and they'll keep it close through the first quarter. After that, it's a done deal. With BJ averaging 6+ yards a carry last year, against a better conference. It'll be scary to see what he does this year, and with another year under the D's belt, it will be tough to score on them. I hope for entertainment purposes the games stay within 3-4 scores.

i believe sg and wg will be the teams to challenge gville in the conference. wg will be able to out power most teams in the conference the buffs also have alot of returning starters on their d too i look for wg an gville to be a battle in the trenches! dont underestimate those buffaloes down on the range

    • Im asking everyone to keep roy whited and his family in your prayers. Coach whited won back to back state championships at white county in 98-99. He is very well liked and respected in this area. For those of you that dont know he went missing 3 days ago. No one knows where he is. His truck was found in a rural part of the county. Thanks again. We are all very concerned.
    • West would be a good team to get behind if they can pull it off again like last year. That championship game last year was awesome.
    • I say that because he stepped out of a MUCH better situation on his own than he would see at least his first 3 years at DCA and it would take at least that much to bring him back to coaching. There are other fish in the sea, but again money talks. Need to fix the girls hoops too. Now I'll try again. Who has Pierce locked in for his staff? Hearing a McGavock man but not the Iceman.
    • I’ve heard mostly good things from the gridiron. Lots of optimism. It sounds like the portal has mostly helped, though there are a few expected defections. Comeback year!
    • Rudesell 1 year at Crockett. Coach Tate 2 weeks a Bradford. South Gibson supposedly going with jcs middle school coach. Which isn’t who I thought would get it, I know the top 2 was between him and Obion girls head coach.
