The Eagles looked great last night as we lost a no hitter in the last inning. This tourney is the Eagles to take. We will dismantle Ravenwood tonight. No one on our side stands a chance against us. We will face Overton in the finals so we are promised a spot in regions.

Patterson, Harton and Betts will run rule Franklin tonight. Franklin has no arms, hitting and most importantly no heart when it comes to playing the game. Apparently they got lucky against Centennial. Centennial will beat them tomorrow when they get beat tonight by Overton.

Who is on the bump for everyone tonight? We got BRowe, who will dominate.

Patterson goes tonight for Overton. Hey, Franklin looked pretty good last night. They hit the ball very well, going opposite field for almost all of their hits. I think Franklin has Faletta going.

On the other side, don't discount Ravenwood...they seem to always play their best at tournament time.

    • there will be a couple of teams, that could make some noise
    • Dyersburg may win back to back to back championships. They are going to be hands down the best 3A team. Plus their District/region/sectionals are not very good. They basically just have to make it to region out of a 5 team district that has a few decent teams. South Gibson will be okay but they graduate their best player and there is nobody in the region 7 or region 8 who is going to compete with them.
    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
    • Hoping to make the playoffs.
    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
