9:00am-9:29am Drop Off

9:30am-11:30am Instruction Session I

11:31am-12:00pm Live Wrestling

12:01pm-12:59pm Lunch

This camp should be on the top of every wrestlers list of camps to attend. Most wrestling people consider Gray Simons to be the best technician ever in collegiate wrestling.
