Does Worrell still have any say-so on who gets hired at Tech, or gives his advice?

If so, I think Allison Clark will get it.

She'll have some great AAU/Nike players connections.

Very nice, and a people-person. She hopefully, through Insell, has learned how to draw in the crowds.

That figure surprise me. I understand UT-Martin pay much more than $86,000.

UTM got the wizard of Westview. Kevin Mc had no losses this year at Gibson Co. Jim Brown has put three times more trophies in the case, mostly Gold. /ph34r.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="ph34r.gif" />

Did Jim tell you that, or is that something you heard? /ph34r.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="ph34r.gif" />

Hear-say is not allowed on court. /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

You are right. Numbers can be deceiving. I read about it in two different papers. We'll just have to wait and see.

If I were "The Decider", (Gotta Love Bush), I would at least interview two high school coaches just for grins and giggles...Bud Brandon at Wilson Central and Chris Fryer at Mt. Juliet...Fryer's wife is a TTU grad and either would be a good fit, especially if they really want to win...go ahead, rip me..

The Carson-Newman coach has put his hat in the ring(East tn). I believe his name is walsh(sp). Anyway has alot of head coaching ( I heard 16 yrs). He lured Mindenhall and Holbrooke away from the Tech program.

Recruiting is the life blood of any program. If that is true, TECH needs the best recruiter they can hire. They should take a long look at Kim Rosamond, the Vanderbilt recruiting coordinator. She helped get MTSU back on the women's basketball map and she is doing a very good job at Vanderbilt. Its only a matter of time until she gets a head coaching position. Tech could get ahead of the curve with someone like Coach Rosamond.

    • Wow I haven't been keeping up with softball had no idea.Been keeping up with baseball and we are slowly fading there.I will check it out!!Thx
    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
