Big game in Region 3 AA. Could be an early boost to the playoff race. Any predictions out there?

 

 

If the Indians don't let the game from last week get to them I think they can dominate the line of scrimmage like they did at Meigs and part of the time against ER they should win. I would like to see Sequatchie throw the ball down field a more you have a QB who can put the ball where ever he needs to so utilize him a little better! I think in the end the indians can win!

Sequatchie Co. is a lot better than the (1-2) record indicates they played like crap against Grundy Co. for some reason but dominated against Meigs Co. and with better officiating would have won against East Ridge. The Indians lead until the 4th Quarter and had a chance to win ER scored with 3 sec. left to make the game look one sided! The Indian defense had 4 Interceptions against ER that makes 7 Ints. I think the the past two games.

 

I think the Indians will win this game at home!

its amazing how ever time the indians get beat its because they were cheated and robbed. you said that the indians dominated the pioneers. the stats show from friday night east ridge had over 300 yards of total offense to sequatchie's 43. 43 yards total offense wouldnt dominate a good middle school. ive heard of biassed reporting but lets wake up and report a game as it really happened.

I was at the game and i didnt see sequatchie dominate. Once again the officals beat sequatchie....please! With four interceptions against east ridge there is no excuse for not winning! :x

You should learn the facts before you post! I didn't say they dominated against East Ridge like they did against Meigs Co. Second the 43 yards were 2nd half stats not Game Seq. had somewhere around 200 Total Yards! Your on the money lets report a game as it happened by telling how ER scored with 3 seconds left instead of taking a knee! What a Classy bunch! :x

I agree about the turnovers but the officiating was the worst I have seen when the head official says its the other teams ball on a fumble and the ball is still on the ground something is wrong!

      Actually that young kid was in an offense that loved to throw the ball I believe.    Biggest problem for MC is if the coaching staff can figure out which mouths to feed at the appropriate time.

      Have you ever been in education (administration) or a head coach? You’re responsible for all aspects of your program. If you were not checking the kids information correctly and left it up to someone else and they mess up. You’re held liable because it’s a failure on supervision, implementation of TSSAA eligibility and your school’s eligibility. Remember the wording in the article for him “CONTRACT NOT RENEWED” coaches are on a year to year contract and don’t sign the contract again until July. Do I believe he still should’ve been let go? Yes because you’re responsible for the total program and should be aware of everything going on. Do I believe he knew about the grade changes? No and that’s because nobody brought his name up until things got really bad and there is no indication with any paperwork showing he did. It’s just word of mouth from a teacher trying to cover herself.

      TSSAA won't ever issue a death penalty, worst case scenario would be a post-season penalty that makes Clinton ineligible for the playoffs for a year or two (I believe 3 years is the most I have ever seen).  But TSSAA only does that in extremely rare circumstances.

      I just want to echo that sentiment. Coach Woodmore is a good man and he is going to do things the right way and expect these kids to do things the right way. He will help grow them into fine young men. The wins will follow. I think Bolivar hit a home run.
