Polk04
yeah this polk team has the talent and coaches do to very well this year. polk looked real good friday and i'm very excited bout this year because alot of the starters started last year or got plenty of playing time and almost all of them will be back next year also. Can't wait for the 21st Go Polk
Football75
Polk looked pretty good friday at the scrimmage....they scored four times and two of them were blown cover by er and then other two were ?'s because the the ball never crossed the line on both td's..but the officals made the call you got live with it......but er defense scored three times on a int and two fumble rec and all three were taking to the house...polk defense did pretty well against er offense...but it did look like er offense did struggle a little bit...but there is plenty of time before they open up at silverdale...so overall polk had a good scrimmage...er had a ok scrimmage
lambert
Polk was the better team and their defense was tough--I didnt want to say anything about the tds that were called -1 i could live with but the one where er held them from the 1 yard line on 3 downs and the qb ran wide on 4th down was terrible-the ref came in from behind not even where he was suppose to be lined up at and signaled td--I came to 2 home games last year and by far er had the worst officiating i have ever seen and it seems to not have changed--the offense for er has a long way to go but i did see some signs of hope--er cant throw it very well at this point and that seems to hurt them when people can load up on the run. I still like the way both teams got after it and the young kids were entertaining also. good luck to both teams .---Dont get me wrong I am not saying officials was what hurt er, that was polk I just know the er kids get frustrated when they worked so hard on the goaline stand and then the ref. blows the call--Polk still was the better team reguardless.
