I look forward to Friday's game. It's going to be tough, but i like the fact that we are playing one of the State's best teams. Roll Tribe Roll.......................... Oh yeah, i hate those Dallas Cowboy look alike uniforms at Farragut. :popcorneater:

when did the change in the secondary come with Brewster starting over Kay? I was told Kay moved to dog but i don't know

I think Kay got burned on a couple passes during the scrimages, but i'm not sure that was the difference. Maybe a player or parent can answer that.

So this is CoachT and the die hard local fans. I heard of all the comments, good ones and mostly bad ones so I decided to check it out because there is something I would like to say as well. My son plays on the Offensive line at right tackle, his name is Corey Hall. All your comments are ok to me good or bad because I teach my children not to take negative comments to heart just listen and turn it into something constructive. Now, with that said, if you approach my child with an attack thats a whole different story.

My post is for the D-B fan base.

Our program is one of the top in the state except one thing, our fans! I just don't understand. I look around in the stadium and it's packed, NO were to sit and all I see is 1000 + fans looking like Phillip Former clapping their hands and chewing gum. We have one of the top Band and football program in the state and the enviroment is spectacular, except fan enthusiasm.

What's the problem? To much Money in your back pockets, weighing you down? Then leave some home so you can get up off your #### (sorry) and cheer and chant for these boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe it's just that your a person of status and you feel that your presence is good enough. Well get over yourself because at the football game nobody care who you are or how much money you may have. We are there to support our Kids, Nephews, Neices, Grandchildren ect. So get up and do that!!!!!

At D-B right now, if you have a boy playing football in the classes Sophomore threw Senior that went to Sevier Middle, then you know what kind of spirit I'm talking about. Folks this will make your players stand on their heads and dig, dig, dig. It will hype them up and they will perform better, without a doubt.

It's time for the D-B fans to give back to the program just as much as these boys, girls and coaches have given to us. Fan support (not talking about money) is a vital part of the heart of the program.

LET'S GET WITH THE PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stacy i'm glad to see we have some new blood in the stands with us. I've been an Indian for a long time and i'm glad we have someone to add to our intensity at least for road games. Let me just say, i hate home games. Our fans are so lost. Most leave at halftome after the band plays and goes to the bar or out for a late supper. The fans we have on the road on the other hand are the true back bone of our program. For the last 12 years i have went to every Indian game both home and away with the exception of the MBA game in Nashville and the 1st game we played North again a few years ago because of a death in the family, so we are loyal Indian fans. I'm glad to have more people who are not affraid to say what they feel and show their emotions. Way to go girl! I look forward to hearing you cheer as we have a great year . Is their any chance Corey will get to catch some balls playing tight end this year? I sure hope so, that would be a huge weapon for our offense.Roll Tribe Roll............

Im with you on the fan thing...wanna see who cheers and who is either there to be or simply hangs on to their ticket year after year ?? Go to an away game..thats where the loudest and harder core fans are. D-B has a huge away game crowd anywhere we go too. back at J.Fred we do have one of the best crowds anywhere on Friday night but only half make any movement at all...unless its in the bathroom. :popcorneater:

I've seen them both in different positions, but I don't know who will be starting where. We need all the seniors to come to the front right now.If they start or don't get on the field doesn't matter, they can still be leaders on the team with great work habbits in practice and class.

I just want someone to tape up Roop's green shoes... and we need the O-Line to make some holes for #32 and protect Roop and or Seabolt. Oh... we need to improve the PAT Kicking. From what I have seen, DB won't win many games on kicks.

#13 - Raffe Cleary is a real surprise, he has improved tremendously!!

i guess the reason there is only a few cheering is because they are the ones that have kids playing!!!! would you cheer if your son was one of the 60 that stays on the sideline every play while the same 11-14 plays off and defense. always has been that way and always will be.... I also heard that corey was not happy at db and that his mom MADE him attend db. Heard he alos hated playing bball for morgan also--- but that is easy to explain!!!!

I went to all the away games except Campbell County. I know exactly what your saying!! As far as Corey on offense, I'm sure he will stay on the line only. He will play some Defense but, only when they feel it's needed. He would love to run the ball but what kid wouldnt, thats why when they call out for a fill in fullback at practice he's like me, me, me. He would make a good tight end with his size and good feet but, they just need him more on the line. The coaches know their game and it's their call so that's were I leave it. I'm hopeful that our home games will pick up more intensity. I don't understand it really!!! I get cold chills when a good play in a game is followed with the band playing. We will see I guess.

Yes I would cheer!!!! I did last year and I went to almost all away games and Corey played what, maybe 2 minutes the whole season. Why go, if thats the attitude. With this percetion,You must be one that sit's on the sideline or your child is or it could be that someone close to you did. My out look is this, If Corey or any other kid wants to play then it's up to him to get out there and earn his spot. If he does not want to do the work then he won't play. It's pretty simple !!!! People should teach their children this anyways instead of making excuses for them, it's a life lesson.

Corey loves D-B!!! when he went in as a freshman he did not like it so much because of the big difference in going from Middle School to such a big High School. I't called adjustment and it did not take long. What do you mean I made him go to D-B. We are zoned for D-B. I don't pay tuition.

Coach Morgan are you kidding!!!!!!!!!!!!! Corey loves Morgan they cut up and go on with so much crap. Daruis and Corey are always going on with Coach Morgan. If he did not like Morgan, he would not play. He would just go and play AAU Basketball, which he loves to. Look, It's pretty clear that you are just trying to get something started on here and it's also obvious that you have know idea what you are talking about. I hope I answered all of your questions.
