patriotgrad
Congratulations to the Jefferson County Patriots on qualifying for regionals. A team that had high expectations at the first of the year are now living up to it. The Patriots have won 6 of their last 8 games and can claim a district championship with a win over number 1 seed Sevier County tonight. Sorry to lose Big E for the tournament but all of the seniors have stepped up at the last part of season. Go far Patriots. Don't let it the season end at the Regionals. Red81KPsmash
Wow, what a couple of games. I did not plan on spending that long in Seymour. Both teams played extremely hard and for the most part well. Jeff seems to be knocking the cover off the ball. Keep it up boys
TennTech1
Sure hope we beat Sevier Co. tonight. We sure don't want to have to face Science Hill in the first round of the regionals. They will throw Daniel Norris. He is the #1 ranked high school pitcher in the nation according to Baseball America and Rival.com. He threw his 4th no-hitter this year monday night against Davy Crockett he struck out 19 and on the Baseball America message board one college coach in attendance said he got him on the radar gun 93-97! He said he hit 96 in the 7th inning. I've saw him pitch 3 times this year and he's amazing! Good luck Pats!
