Indian
38-7 F. 21-0 at the half. 38-0 after 3. Meigs failed to cross the 50 against the starting defense, got across the 50, once against reserves, after taking over at their own 45 after a good kickoff return near the end of the 3rd. They went on to score in that drive. Meigs had 40 yards total through 3 quarters (29 against starting defense), finished with 107. That's the third straight really strong defensive performance and again when holding people down that much it's impressive no matter the opponent. Scoring: 1st: SC: Mason Farley 35 run, Lupe Martinez kick, 8:15 2nd: SC: Hunter Lewis 14 run, Martinez kick, 11:52 SC: Lewis 50 run, Martinez kick, 3:13 3rd: SC: Martinez 27 FG, 9:44 SC: Justis Stewart 4 run, Martinez kick, 4:40 SC: Aaron Hatfield punt block recovery in end zone, Martinez kick, 2:48 4th: MC: Nathan Bradford 2 run, Andrew Fritts kick, 7:

Indian
Meigs must have called their numbers in right after the game ended. Their totals/leaders are what were in the paper this morning. That's a little surprising considering they were guests but they must have experienced hosts not calling it in before, it's happened with Sequatchie twice this season (both were Chattanooga teams, not from outside the area). The win is much more important than the stats but here was the perspective from Sequatchie's side of it. Team Stats First Downs: Sequatchie 7, Meigs 5 Rushes-Yards: Sequatchie 34-243, Meigs 39-82 Passing: Sequatchie 4-7-0 3-6-0 Passing Yards: Sequatchie 41, Meigs 25 Total Yards: Sequatchie 284, Meigs 107 Fumbles-Lost: Sequatchie 2-0, Meigs 3-1 Punts-Average: Sequatchie 3-41, Meigs 7-29 Penalties: Sequatchie 6-40, Meigs 5-35 Leaders: Passing: Brennan Wilson 4-6-0, 41 (SC); Allen Meadows 2-4-0, 24 (MC); Rushing: Hunter Lewis 9-87. Mason Farley 4-46; Justis Stewart 7-41 (SC), Nathan Bradford 15-58 (MC); Receiving: Mason Farley 1-21 (SC) Other Highlights: Sequatchie 10 tackles for loss; Austin Lamb, Hunter Lewis each 2 tackles for loss; Justis Stewart forced fumble; Tao Johnson fumble recovery; Aaron Hatfield block punt for TD; Mason Farley 150 all-purpose yards (SC) Records: Sequatchie 6-3, Meigs County 2-
