Coaching change won't help until we have a parenting change! When players miss practice consistently and starters end up sitting the bench because of it , you sometimes lose to teams you shouldn't. Until the kids grow up a little ,and momma and daddy quit blaming everything on coaches instead of their lazy irresponsible children, it won't matter who's coaching.

 

This isn't college or pro ball where coaches get it done or get fired. Did you ever stop to think that a coach or coaches may be from this area and have a family they are raising and if they get fired from coaching they also lose their teaching job and that is how they feed their family. Coaches don't make hardly anything at this level and trust me they are doing the best they can with the kids they have at Cosby.
