So? If Ya'll Beat Boyd? And We Happen To Escape Trousdale. We Gonna Have A Hotdog? :thumb:

You won't be escaping Trousdale County. You won't even get that far! :thumb:

Welcome to CoachT. Likely that is not the way to show up though. Can the Rebels be beaten..... sure. Will your team (whoever that is beat us.........) ya'll got it to do! Over the last few seasons in the playoffs I've read hundreds of posts as to how bad this team and that team were gonna whip us and send us to the house. I've watched a lot of 'em sneak out of the stadium after their game with us with their tails tucked and dropping tears on the ground. Don't dig a hole you can't get out of. Most of our kids played for a state championship 2 years ago and now they know what the deal is. When you are smack talking about a senior laden team that has already played for a state championship you need to start looking for crow recipes!!!

Hope to see you along the way.

We have a great crow reciepe for crow on the creekbank. Just ask Jo Bryns how it tasted last year. We hear it didnt go down to well after the championship last season :thumb:

Well Smack If Things Work Out Maybe We Can Exchange Recipes. Good Luck To Trousdale. :thumb:

Just trying to stir things up alittle makes it more interesting

Oh I Agree! We Love The Smack Talk Here In Mckenzie As Well... It's The Losing Thing We Can't Handle Well. But Fortunately Our Seasons Run So Long We Avoid Alot Of It. :thumb:

    • I have no idea who your team is, but Memphis and other Shelby Co. schools have hardly made a dent, if you’re talking Game 15 appearances. Outside of a couple by Whitehaven, I can’t recall the last team in a final.
    • Robbed you guy at a chance of 3 state championships. You never kne, sond best team in the west my have beat you also, but you sure deserved the chance to play um.
    • Eagleville also loses Brown the catcher, Lamb CF, Mclemore RF (Heck of an athlete) and Drew the 1st baseman. They will be young.
    • Good thing we aren’t in Florida then huh? It would benefit a ton of the smaller schools  that don’t have the pools of kids to choose from! They should start by policing Shelby County like they do the rest of the state! Something has to change though and TSSAA knows that!
    • Correct, you can whimsically be fired in coaching. A coach that has tenure can stay on as a teacher if released from coaching. If you don’t have tenure as a teacher, you can fired without cause. Your last year as a teacher before tenure is earned you can be fired, but must be given cause. A tenured teacher can be fired, but it is a long hard process requiring the 3 D’s…. documentation, documentation and documentation. I have released 3 tenured teachers, 2 with PHD’s. However, teacher contracts had and still have clauses that state you can be fired for a variety reasons re: being arrested, public drunkenness, inappropriate relationships ect.
