Who has the best coaching jobs in the state? Do they make the job because they are great coaches, or is the school just a good basketball school? (Administation, Facilities, Fans, Etc.) Give your thoughts on the best places to be coaching.

I will have to agree with Surf. Science Hill is the top program in the East and maybe the state as far as coaching. This school is like a minature Memphis. They have a feeding system through Carver REC center where kids play everyday all day. This helps in their dominance. You have all the players but not the BIG city headache.

If I had a choice of jobs in TN it would be Oakland. Great tradition and talent. TN High is also a grat school. In the west it would be Dyersburg. That place is a sleeping giant.
