Morristown West should not have been the number 7 seed. Having played against them this year i can say they have the best gaurd in the league in number 21. When you lose 15 games less then 5 points you know your not a bad team, rather the team just did not now how to finish. They now know how to finish and will surprise people in the regionals. Should be a great game tomorrow for the IMAC championship.

Morristown West is TERRIBLE! Yes, (Sanders) #21 is real good, but they are not well coached and have NO BENCH WHAT SO EVER! Sevier County hammered them in the second half Tuesday night and that was a #7 team who went 2-12 in the IMAC this year! Trojan fans, pray that Gordon decides to take this last hoorah and hit the road. They will be down again next year in a conference that seems to be improving greatly! West will get hammered Saturday night against a tough Science Hill team that is upset about their loss in the district tournament. West pulled off the upset against Jefferson County and Cocke County, and only made things worse for themselves in the region!

Best guard in the league??? I don't know about that either. The kid from South Doyle is the real deal, Scales from Cherokee is not a joke, and Casey Smith can play! Smith is only a sophomore people! Plus, Aaron Wheeler you can throw in the mix of best guard in the league, because he can play any position 1-5...

Daniel Boone made a big cinderella run in the 1AAA district tournament. They were a number 5 seed, but Science Hill and Dobyns Benentt, which are big bball schools in northeast tn, are also in the district. Boone beat South, DB, and SH to win the district tournament. All of these teams beat Boone twice during the regular season. They got the overall number one seed in regionals but an angry science hill team sits at number 3...It will be interesting to see if Boone can beat SH again and if they can handle Sevier County, which they lost to in the Sonic Shootout Championship. Boone doesn't really have a bball star, just a team full of athletes. Connell, Reppart, Gator, Gray, Keever, and Chandley could be unstoppable. They play well as a team, and Coach Arnold has stepped up as a coach this year.
