How did this game turn out? And how did the David Lipscomb game go on Tuesday night?

Father Ryan got us last night 1-0. It was 0-0 at half then they scored on a set piece late in the second half. It was a fairly even game with both teams having good scoring opportunities. Should be a good rematch on the 17th of April in the Hendersonville Tournament.

 

The Lipscomb game got rescheduled for this upcoming Monday the 8th.

Played a VERY talented Maryville squad tonight. 0-1 at the end of first, then Maryville scored 2 late goals in the second half.

 

Maryville is a very good team. EXTREMELY fast, in good shape, and very aggressive. They subbed a lot and didn't lose a thing doing so. I predict they will make a good run at the state tournament this season.

 

We are the walking wounded. I lost 3 more today.

 

Good game by both sides. Thanks for the compliments, G. We should be a good squad later this year...we just hope that we can get Fischer and Maner to return to action which will help a lot. You guys will surely be in the mix of things at the end. Get everyone healthy! Good luck to your boys.
