College wrestlers from Tennessee

LOL...I was wondering how long it would take someone to catch it. I was just checking to see who was paying attention.

 

By the way... Does Fr. Ryan have anybody wrestling in college? There has to be a few more. I believe I'm up-to-date on the Chattanooga area but there has to be more from Nashville and Memphis.

Does anyone know if Jamie Castleman is still wrestling? He was a 2X state champ out of Father Ryan, and was one of the best wrestlers in the state in 97, 98, and 99. Also, I didn't even know MTSU had a wrestling team. Is it club or varsity?

Bryan Bachar from Lebanon High School in Lebanon, TN is wrestling for the Universtiy of California at Davis, a PAC-10 school. Bryan was a state qualifier in 2000. He was the first State qualifier from Lebanon since Steve Smith went in 1995. Smith wrestled at Carson-Newman. Also, you can find a roster of Cumberalnd Universtiy's wrestling team at www.cumberland.edu then click on "sports" then click on "wrestling". By the way, MTSU's team is club but they have made a bid to join the Southern Confernence in 2-3 years.
