Collierville has not played any good teams all year. Won't be shocked if they loose 2 games in state.

I guess Trinity Christian is no good. Collierville lost 1-0. How many other schools has held them to one run? Only 3 others out of 36 games. Do your research before you post.

The only good game you can post about is a Loss! We can re-visit this thread next Wednesday night.

Still will be 2 and done. Sometimes I think MB would rather finish the season 40-5 with an appearence in the state instead of 25-20 with a state title. He got to be getting close to that 1000 win mark

Ya know Ms Bartlett circa 2004, when you can't punch your own ticket to the Dance, your credibility as to your opinion is low. When you start jawing at a team who is 40-6 you seem to talk the talk but can't walk the walk. Maybe you should consider the other side of the challenge. Did you every think that other teams may not want to play them?????

Should they advance or not, let's give all the teams a little pat on the back for rising above their competition and peaking at the right time of the season.

Don't hurt yourself. Collierville has avoided competition since 1999...the proof is in the pudding...what is their record at state? Thinking somewhere around 2-14. Just a guess... have not seen them win a game at state.

Tough time understanding what the accomplishments of these girls has to do with Your past. Speaking of past, it's 2010. Collierville is going to stat, your not. Congratulate the teams that performed and advanced...all of them. Sorry your team didn't make it.

BTW, ALL but one team who go to state will lose two games. Then again, you have to get there... :roflol:

    • A lot of people don’t realize how valuable JMO was. QB, safety, punter and holder on pat’s. Kid did it all. I fully believe if he was healthy Dburg would have made it to the ship last year.
    • If Dyersburg quarterback who is also starting safety hadn’t got hurt it would of another blowout
    • For perspective the county school I’m associated and graduated from only has 7,600 people in the entire county with a median age of roughly 47. That’s not very many 14-18 year olds to choose from. I think the football team had 25-28 kids or around there.  On the other hand Shelby County has 916,000+ with a median age of 36. This isn’t just about Shelby county, but all the big ones with huge economic advantages!  An urban/rural split would benefit tons of smaller schools that have to compete with counties with 120x the amount of people. Especially the ones who can pick and choose their players from a pool like that!   I also agree with Pujo about charter and magnets and they will eventually be phased into the private divisions because it is obviously an advantage plus all the funding! Add that county schools can’t go recruit outside of their county like charters and magnets!
    • They should be starting next week and go from there.  They never do Spring Practice in April
